Policies
Kindly review these policies to ensure the best experience for you and all guests.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but in order to respect both your time and mine, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost. If a policy charge is unsuccessful (e.g. the guest’s card declines), prepayment for future services will be required at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid these fees. Thank you for your understanding!
Late Arrival Policy
We value your time and want to provide the best service possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost, unless there is no appointment after you and I am still able to get you in. The other option would be to do a smaller service than what you are scheduled for. We will discuss your options at the time of your arrival if this happens.
To ensure we can accommodate you fully, please arrive on time. If you’re running late, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Service Adjustment
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your service, we’re happy to make adjustments. If requested within 7 days of your appointment, we’ll provide a tweak or touch-up at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds on any services.
After 7 days, adjustments will be charged at the full service rate. Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like any changes— we’re here to ensure you love your look!
Appointment Changes
To make any changes to your appointment, please do so online within our cancellation policy timeframe. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service, and changes made on the day of the appointment will be charged 100%.
We recommend making any adjustments as early as possible to avoid fees.
What Should I Wear To My Appointment?
When preparing for your hair appointment, we want to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible while also protecting your clothing. Please keep in mind that while we take every precaution to avoid any mess, hair color or product may occasionally splatter during the process.
To avoid any surprises, we recommend wearing older or dark-colored clothing that you don’t mind possibly getting a little color on. We don’t replace or cover clothing for any accidental spills, so it’s best to leave your favorite new top at home! Feel free to bring along a smock or old t-shirt to change into if you prefer, but we’ll also provide a cape to protect your clothing during the service.
We love taking after photos to showcase your fresh look, so please wear something in a solid color without patterns if possible!
